Company and Legal Framework

These Terms and Conditions govern services offered by QUANTUMPULSE IT SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, a One Person Company limited by shares incorporated in Maharashtra, India, under its Memorandum of Association filed as Form INC-33 e-MOA.

The company's registered office is situated in the State of Maharashtra. Official CIN, GSTIN, and full registered office address are published on the About page and will be updated on this website when finalized for merchant onboarding.

By placing an order, requesting a quote, signing in to the customer account, or using our website, you agree to these terms together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Authorized Business Activities

Services offered through this website are limited to the business objects authorized in our Memorandum of Association, including software development and maintenance, digital transformation and AI, BPM and outsourcing, consulting, cyber security, training, support, and incidental IT procurement or resale where agreed in writing.

The Services and Pricing pages group website offerings into capability areas and purchasable packages. Custom work outside the published catalog requires a written proposal, invoice, or statement of work before payment or delivery begins.

Scope of Services

Each catalog service lists a fixed price, deliverables, turnaround, delivery mode, and refund rule on its order page. Custom engagements define scope, milestones, fees, dependencies, and acceptance criteria in a written agreement.

Additional work, change requests, integrations, third-party licenses, on-site visits, or emergency support outside the purchased scope may require a revised quote and written approval.

Productized Service Catalog

Online payments are accepted only for services listed on the Pricing page (Micro services from ₹100 to ₹800 — quick digital tasks with named deliverables; Core packages from ₹500 to ₹2,000 — consultations, audits, updates, automation, and training seats; Standard packages from ₹1,500 to ₹9,000 — larger audits, setup work, support credits, and engineering blocks; Enterprise or custom scope — quoted separately through written proposal or statement of work).

Each successful payment creates an order with order ID, invoice reference, service name, amount, status, and delivery notes visible after sign-in at the customer account.

Per-service refund rules published on the order page and in the Refund & Cancellation Policy take precedence for catalog purchases.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact details, requirements, approvals, access credentials, content, brand assets, and business information needed to perform the service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that data, media, documents, domains, hosting accounts, and third-party systems shared with us are legally usable for the requested work.

Delays caused by missing inputs, unavailable stakeholders, or third-party platform issues may affect turnaround and are not grounds for automatic refund once work has started.

Payments and Taxes

Payments must be made according to the published service price, agreed quote, invoice, milestone schedule, or support credit plan. Applicable taxes and payment gateway charges may apply where permitted by law.

Payments are collected only through approved payment gateway channels or official payment links issued by us. We never ask customers to share card numbers, UPI PINs, OTPs, or net banking passwords by email, chat, or phone.

GST-compliant invoices and receipts are issued for completed transactions and may be downloaded from the customer account where available.

Intellectual Property

Customer-provided materials remain the customer's property. Deliverables created specifically for the customer are transferred after full payment, subject to third-party licenses, open-source components, or reusable internal tools and frameworks.

We may use general know-how, libraries, templates, and non-confidential learnings in future engagements. Pre-existing tools or frameworks remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Support, Warranty, and Third-Party Systems

Support terms depend on the purchased package or project agreement. Issues reported during an agreed support window are reviewed according to severity and scope.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of customer-managed hosting, domains, payment gateways, SaaS platforms, APIs, or third-party vendors outside our direct control.

Limitation of Liability and Disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim relating to a specific service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion via support@quantumpulseit.com. Unresolved matters may be escalated to grievance@quantumpulseit.com as described on the Contact page.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
