Enquiry and support data: messages submitted through contact forms, email, phone, or chat, including project scope and technical context you choose to share.

Technical data: browser type, device information, pages visited, approximate location, and standard server or analytics logs when analytics or hosting logs are enabled.

Payment references: transaction IDs, payment status, and gateway confirmations. We do not store card numbers, UPI PINs, OTPs, or net banking passwords.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, create accounts, process orders, deliver services authorized under our Memorandum of Association, provide support, issue invoices, improve the website, prevent fraud, and comply with tax, accounting, and legal requirements.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with hosting providers, email services, payment gateways, accounting tools, collaboration platforms, or subcontractors only where necessary to deliver the service you purchased or operate the website securely.

You may request correction or deletion of eligible personal information by emailing support@quantumpulseit.com with your name, account email, and the nature of the request. Some records must be retained where law or active orders require it.

Payment Information

Online payments are processed by approved payment gateway providers. Sensitive payment authentication data is handled by the gateway and not stored on our servers.

We retain payment confirmations, invoice numbers, refund records, and transaction references for accounting, support, and audit purposes.
